Status update :

→December 7, 2020

                                 Single part limited tendering process has been completed successfully with five prospective bidders submitted their bids on 5th Nov, 2020. Evaluation of the technical and financial credibility of the vendors has been done by scrutinizing the tender documents along with site visits, client feedback followed by preparation of CST and Scorecard. Discussion and negotiation with L1, L2 and L3 vendors were performed and as per resolution taken in the BODM on 3rd Dec, 2020 considering all the documents and information rceived, M/s Creative Constrution Industries Pvt. Ltd. was awarded the LOI on 7th Dec, 2020. Site was handed over to them on the same day.

                                 Single part limited tendering process started for the construction of superstructure and finishing by sending tender notice and download link to the prospective bidders shortlisted as per credibility against EOI submitted by them. 

→June 21, 2019

                                 Activity at site resumed after lockdown due to COVID19 pandemic maintaining safety protocol. Tender preparation for superstructure in progress.

→March 24, 2020

                                 Activity at site suspended due to COVID 19 pandemic.

→March 1, 2020

                                 Piling and pilecap work completed. Tie beam, band beam, water proofing, anti-termite treatment and other remaining work in progress at site. Tender preparation for the superstructure and finishing is going on.

→October 24, 2019

                                 Expression of interest for Construction of Superstructure is invited from the prospective vendors by public notice. Advertisement published for the work in ABP and TT.

→April 19, 2019

                                 Piling and Substructure work in progress at site. After successful load test of 2nd test pile and lateral piles, Construction of working piles have started with two set up working in parallel.

→Dec 25, 2018

                                 Piling and Substructure work in progress at site. Construction of test piles have started. After the successful load test , working piles will be constructed.

                              The Lottery for allottment of apartments for the proposed housing Project at New Town Kolkata has been done during Special General Meeting.
→ Jan 03, 2017 
                              PHCSL has received the final sanction letter and set of approved drawings (6 nos. A0 size Architectural drawings). Tender for Sub-structure is under process.
→ October 30, 2016 
                                   PHCSL has received the vetting report for the structural design from IIEST, Shibpur. The final structural drawings is submitted to NKDA.
→ May 27, 2016 
                              PHCSL has submitted final architectural drawings to NKDA on 27/05/2016, Friday.
Report after final revision from IIEST, Shibpur has not been received yet regarding the structural drawings. Though it will not affect further as far as architectural layout is concerned. It may only suggest minor changes in pile length, dia, column size etc. We will go to IIEST, Shibpur along with personnel of M/s - Aakriti for the final vetting report as soon as they are ready with the final report. The final structural drawings will be prepared after that and submitted to NKDA for records only.

                                         PHCSL has finalised the architectural drawings and structural design is going on. Considering the recent incidents of earthequakes the Society has decided to go for a complete review and vetting by the experts regarding the structural design. IIEST, Shibpur, JU and IIT Kharagpur was contacted for the quotations and Shibpur IIEST has been selected as the vetting authority.

Regarding the structural drawings, the report after final revision from IIEST, Shibpur will be final. Recommendation from them will be considered by the architect (AAKRITI) and the whole process will be supervised by Construction subcommitee of PHCSL.
It may take a few iterations to freeze the final design but no compromise will be done regarding the design and preparation of structural drawings.

                               Basic floor layout has been finalised after increase of 20% FAR by NKDA. The society will now concentrate on the final design and structural design and then go ahead for obtaining NOCs from various authorities.

                              Mutation Certificate for the land has been obtained from NKDA. The society will now concentrate on the final design and structural design and then go ahead for obtaining NOCs from various authorities.
→ Aug 29, 2014
                              Satisfactory soil test report has been received from M/S. Geocon. The softcopy as well as hard copies have been obtained and will be preserved by the Society for structural design and further references. The balance payment of M/S. Geocon has been released.
→ Aug 27, 2014
                              Necessary documents for Mutation has been submitted to the concerned authority. The tentative date for the verification of the document is 17th Nov, 2014. The Mutation process will take approx. 3 months to complete.
→ Aug 1, 2014
                             The Geo-technical investigation report (Soil test report) of the plot DC 197 has been submitted by M/S. GEOCON. The report is under scrutiny by the construction subcommittee and experts of the concerned trade. Final payment will be released only after the receipt of satisfactory report and followed by final approval from the committee.

                              Change over of four memberships have been completed. The following members have been selected by BOD from the list of applications received last year against the four resignations received.
1. Dr. Rajat Bhattacharyya has joined in place of Dr. Dipak Kr. Bose.
2. Shri Shantonu Sahoo has joined in place of Shri Tushar Kanti Das.
3. Shri Subhojit Saha has joined in place of Shri G S N Murthy.
4. Shri Samik Bhattacharya has joined in place of Smt. Shyamali Sarkar.
All the legal formalities have been completed in presence of the Society's legal advisor and BOD members present as per their availability.

M/S. GEOCON has completed the GeoTechnical Investigation (soil test) job at the land. The Soil test Report with soil samples are expected in four weeks time.

The Society has finished the tendering procedure for selection of GeoTechnical Investigation (soil test). M/S. GEOCON has been awarded the resposibilty of carrying out geotechnical investigation for the Housing Project at New Town. The Work-Order has been issued in favour of M/S. GEOCON for the job and advance payment will be released on the date of commencement of the work.

The Society has finished the tendering procedure for selection of Architect. M/S. AAKRITI has been awarded the resposibilty of providing architectural consultancy for the Housing Project at New Town. The Work-Order has been issued in favour of M/S. AAKRITI for the job and advance payment has been released for the same.

On the auspicious day of Ratha Yatra, finally the Society has received the Memorandum of Possession of plot at Newtown. 
The Society will soon proceed for the next formalities i.e. soil testing and planning and update you time to time about the progress of the project.

Half yearly GM resolution, containing the fresh resolution regarding the building scheme (as per the last memo from DRCS) and the authentication to release the deed is submitted to DRCS office.

Original deed, printed in stamp paper is submitted to HIDCO for signature.

After repeated phone calls to the concerened officer in-charge and several visits to the to the HIDCO office, model deed has not been received. BOD is trying hard and finally the process is initiated. The file is in the accounts at the moment, for final checking of payments. Hopefully society will get the deed by next week.

The First General Meeting of the society was successfully held at the Multipurpose Hall, Anushakti Abasan, 1/AF, Bidhannagar, Kolkata, 700064, West Bengal, India on April 22, 2012.
