Money receipt for the payments already made (original) during FY 2014-15

The meeting will be followed by lunch for the members and their families and may be continued after lunch if any discussion is left.

As per the resolution taken on the AGM on April 27, 2014, members are requested to deposite the fsixth installment (Rs.2, 00, 000) as contingency for the construction.

Please note that the last date for payment of this installment is 15th March, 2015.

Please also note that, as discussed in the last AGM, the installment scheduled on 15^th Dec, 2014 is cancelled in purview of delay in finalizing the conceptual design of the building and consequent progress of the project. However the next installment of 15th March 2015 will remain as payable.

As per the resolution taken on the AGM on April 27, 2014, members are requested to deposite the fifth installment (Rs.2, 00, 000) as contingency for the construction.

Please note that the last date for payment of this installment is 15th September, 2014.

As per the opinion taken from the BOD, it has been decided that the 2nd installment towards construction contingency of the society, which was due on Sep 30, 2012, will not be taken at the moment. Members are requested not to deposit the installment for the time being. It has been delayed till further notice. The last date for the installment will be informed in a short time.

It has been discussed and decided that the last date for the payment of the first installment towards construction contingency, which was due on July 31, 2012 is hereby extended upto August 10, 2012. It is to be noted that, as this was the first installment to be paid by the members of the registered society, this grace period is allowed only for this installment and not applicable for any other payments. However any defaulter, unable to pay the due amount within the mentioned date will be charged a penalty of 2% of the amount per month (i.e. Rs. 2000/-per month) as per by-laws (clause 82).

Members are requested to co-operate and pay in time to avoid any discrepancy.
